They offered me a wheelchair accessible room with an amazing view, which was great. Having shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet was a bonus. the vibe here was quiet!

Free Wi-Fi worked perfectly during our stay, and we had a great time dining at Le Carrefour Cafe located just 700 feet away from here.

The hotel’s location close to Sanctuaires Notre-Dame de Lourdes was convenient. Staff were also friendly and spoke multiple languages. Additionally, the receptionist was knowledgeable about the area and had helpful recommendations for things to do.

The hotel itself was dark and unwelcoming, with poor lighting. The atmosphere was not inviting. The customer service could have been improved, as the receptionist was not very helpful. the stay was unsatisfactory.
